Descrição
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while striving for customer satisfaction. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. • Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience. • Assist in training new customer service representatives as needed. • Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively communicate with customers.
🎯 Requisitos
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Familiarity with CRM software and various communication tools is preferred. • Flexibility to work various shifts.
