• Find, screen, and help hire candidates for challenging, hard-to-fill positions in the Home-Services and Professional Services industries • Handle the full recruiting process for assigned open roles • Source, screen, and help close offers • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Provide candidates and hiring managers with a smooth experience • Share clear weekly updates • Build candidate connections and a talent acquisition network
🎯 Requisitos
• 3–5+ years recruiting in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in-house • Strong interviewing and communication skills • Organized and reliable • Comfort using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools • Comfort creating and using simple reports • Experience with job boards, sourcing tools, email/SMS, video interview, and scheduling tools • Experience with offer and background check systems
