Descrição

• Develop and execute Veralto's global talent acquisition strategy • Advise Veralto leadership on talent acquisition, workforce trends, labor market dynamics, and talent risks • Build partnerships with business leaders to understand growth strategies, operating priorities, capability requirements, and workforce challenges • Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver an integrated talent strategy • Create scalable recruiting capabilities and operating models supporting growth, market expansion, transformation initiatives, and acquisition integration • Lead and develop a high-performing global Talent Acquisition organization • Establish performance expectations, accountability, and development plans for Talent Acquisition leaders and team members • Develop external talent pipelines for enterprise leadership positions • Lead Executive Talent Acquisition and partner with executives to identify and attract leadership talent • Own the global TA P&L and budget, including vendor management, contracts, and invoicing • Lead global Recruitment Process Outsourcing strategy, operating model, and governance • Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership strategies • Provide leadership on the recruiting technology roadmap • Improve recruiting workflows through automation, digital tools, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions • Drive operational effectiveness, productivity, and scalability across the recruiting function

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree required • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience • Experience leading complex global recruiting organizations within a multi-business or matrixed environment • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and business leaders • Deep expertise in executive recruiting, workforce planning, talent intelligence, recruiting operations, and talent acquisition technology • Experience leading large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives • Experience managing strategic RPO partnerships and variable TA workforce models • Experience in establishing TA GPO and partnering with shared services is an advantage • Strong financial acumen • High technology fluency • Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, technology, or diversified operating company environments preferred • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations preferred • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operating systems preferred • Preferred eastern or central time zone • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
