Descrição

• Generate and develop recruiting leads through advertisements, cold calling, referrals, Internet sources, residency programs, and conventions • Initiate contact and follow up with prospective Emergency Medicine physicians and Advanced Provider candidates • Document recruiting actions in the database and develop comprehensive recruiting plans for vacancies • Conduct preliminary phone screens and provide information about open positions and Vituity • Evaluate candidates for position and organizational fit • Coordinate phone and site interviews with candidates and Medical Directors • Discuss the hiring process with new hires during contracting • Conduct verbal reference checks and facilitate written reference checks • Maintain and update candidate records in Taleo and use systems for reports, searches, and listings • Build relationships with Medical Directors, Regional Directors, Vice Presidents, Lead Advanced Providers, and Regional Advanced Providers • Conduct 30/60/90-day follow-up calls with new hires to support retention • Maintain practice profiles with site information, credential requirements, and pay information • Recruit for tier 2 incentive sites • Provide full-cycle recruiting for Emergency Medicine • Attend physician and Advanced Provider meetings, residency dinners, conferences, and relevant events • Develop recruiting initiatives aligned with the Balanced Score Card • Share market intelligence and recruiting best practices with Business Development, Practice Management, Partnership Affairs, HR, and other departments • Prepare and process PA/NP offer letters and hiring documents • Communicate updates to credentialing and provider enrollment • Review application status and maintain regular contact with applicants • Keep current on and communicate practice-site and Vituity policies and procedures

🎯 Requisitos

• 2-3 years of recent Recruiting experience required • Experience working in a recruitment agency setting strongly preferred • Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferred • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make decisions in a rapidly growing, professional, service-oriented environment preferred • Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication skills, including team building and negotiation skills, preferred • Strong organization, planning and time management skills preferred • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure preferred • Ability to deal constructively with conflict and use good judgment preferred • Proficient in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet, and other sourcing techniques • Expertise with database management • Experience with Taleo preferred
