📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance throughout the sales cycle to drive opportunities • Deliver and customize technical presentations on 1Kosmos solutions • Explain solution value, use cases, required capabilities, and differentiation to customers • Participate in sales calls and manage technical requirements • Identify and develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements • Develop integrations with applications where necessary • Lead and respond to RFPs • Interface with analysts, respond to questionnaires, and present demos • Develop demos for various verticals • Support large, complex, and short sales opportunities with complex customer needs • Write Proof of Value success criteria, configure validation environments, manage the validation process, and communicate progress to customers and sales account management • Provide demonstrations and presentations for webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events • Review customer RFP requirements with sales and clients, establish the right solution, and advise whether to bid • Provide implementation leadership where required • Provide product team feedback and influence the product roadmap • Interface with company leadership and report on sales and solution engineering • Mentor other solution engineers and grow the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of solutions engineering or pre-sales experience • Prior experience dealing with identity proofing and identity verification technologies and knowledge of the space • Prior experience supporting large enterprise opportunities and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Ability to travel 25% to 35%, including day trips and occasional overnight travel for client presentations • Knowledge of enterprise buying processes and ability to support a commercial-focused team with technical expertise • Awareness and experience in access management and the IAM domain • Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies such as AWS or Azure • Knowledge of scripting along with experience using AI tools to make processes efficient • Value-based consultative approach and ability to articulate solution value • Ability to develop broad awareness of clients' technical architecture and emerging technologies • Ability to analyze customer needs through research and troubleshooting and recommend solutions • Experience with proof-of-concept planning • Experience with implementation handoff methods • Experience integrating with enterprise applications and APIs • Experience working with technical buyers, security teams, procurement and RFP stakeholders, and executive leadership in enterprise accounts • Ability to communicate technical and business information to technical and non-technical customers
