📋 Description

• Support partner-led sales motions, reporting, and operational execution across AWS alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell programs • Create and manage AWS offers, renewals, amendments, and related transactions • Manage incoming AWS opportunities from creation through closure, coordinating with internal sellers and AWS counterparts • Research target accounts and support account mapping, segmentation, and sizing for outreach and enterprise deal planning • Build and maintain dashboards and monthly reporting on Marketplace activity, co-sell pipeline, partner engagement, utilization, and ARR contribution • Partner with RevOps to ensure alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell activity is accurately reflected in Salesforce and reporting tools • Track partner and field engagement, support partner events and campaigns, and measure activation impact against sales and pipeline goals • Document and improve repeatable alliance processes, including automation opportunities for Marketplace transactions and AWS workflows • Collaborate with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and inform GTM decisions

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an analyst, operations, specialist, go-to-market operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or alliances role • Strong analytical skills, including experience building dashboards, reports, and performance insights • Working knowledge of Salesforce and customer relationship management (CRM) reporting • Understanding of revenue recognition and routes to market, including direct sales and partner-led models • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Operations while managing moderately complex projects with general supervision • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify data issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Experience supporting partner, Marketplace, or alliance programs preferred • Familiarity with AWS co-sell programs preferred • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Looker preferred • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; 1Password will not provide work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship
