📋 Description

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for ABL servicing and collateral management • Align operational capabilities with business growth objectives • Lead operational integration efforts associated with acquisitions, portfolio purchases, and mergers • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational risk standards • Oversee issue management, audit remediation, business continuity planning, and control effectiveness • Maintain governance over access management and operational approvals • Direct ABL servicing, collateral monitoring, and structural services activities • Oversee collateral monitoring system administration and maintenance, deal onboarding, facility implementation, balancing functions, system setup, and portfolio boarding • Establish scalable operating procedures and performance standards • Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives • Own the operational systems strategy and roadmap • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and conversions • Manage third-party vendors and service providers • Serve as liaison among ABL leadership, Risk, Audit, Finance, Operations, and Technology • Provide reporting, analytics, and operational insights to senior management • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team • Establish succession planning and leadership development programs • Complete analysis for gearing and other inputs for the Head of ABL to complete financial analysis and budgeting • Identify cost-saving and operational efficiency opportunities • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs • Use metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement • Lead organizational change initiatives and adoption of new processes and technologies • Support regulatory examinations and respond to examiner inquiries • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of banking, commercial finance, asset-based lending, or related financial services experience • 5+ years of people leadership experience • Experience managing operational risk, controls, and regulatory compliance programs • Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational change initiatives • Demonstrated success managing large-scale operational processes and teams • Expertise in asset-based lending • Experience with collateral monitoring platforms • M&A integration experience • Lean/Six Sigma certification • Advanced data analytics or reporting experience • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams • Exposure to regulatory examinations and audit management • Knowledge of commercial lending structures, collateral monitoring, and portfolio performance • Ability to leverage operational metrics for decision-making
