• Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience • 6+ years of relevant study operations management and people management experience • At least (3) years of direct people management experience • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing needs • Experience in drug development/clinical operations including an advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
