📋 Description

• Develop robust business plans to execute brand strategies and tactics in the field • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives • Build strong customer relationships and support customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales targets • Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to improve sales performance • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to build trusted relationships • Execute call plans, optimize coverage of key customers, and maximize sales opportunities • Build understanding of customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, products, and clinical expertise • Share market intelligence with the district manager and team members to align strategy and anticipate environmental change • Differentiate Allergan Aesthetics’ value proposition with healthcare providers • Identify, develop, and maintain knowledge, market insights, and speakers/advocates to maximize brand performance • Cover the Montreal and South Shore territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Science or equivalent • Minimum of two years in a Specialty Sales role within the pharmaceutical and/or the aesthetic industry, Physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, B2B experience or Marketing experience preferred • Proven track record in sales and solid presentation skills • Strong ability to proactively identify customer style / behavior and quickly adapt all aspects of selling approach • Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools • Strategic and critical thinking capabilities • Ability to offer innovative ideas and solutions and anticipate and respond to changes or challenges • Ability to build collaborative partnerships with regional colleagues and team • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) • Must be at ease with technology and use of various tools/systems • Position requires evening/weekend work from time to time, including overnight travel • Valid driver’s license and passport • Fluency in English is an essential requirement • Ability to think strategically to support development of high-quality territory plans • In-depth analytical skills • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with in-field team members • Ability to leverage cross-functional team connections for business outcomes and market insights
