📋 Description
• Support ongoing client implementations and enhancements across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Journeys, Security, and integrations • Independently design, configure, troubleshoot, and deliver technical Oracle HCM solutions in fast-paced client environments • Solve complex configuration challenges and build scalable solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting experience • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Consulting mindset with strong accountability and follow-through • Ability to balance multiple client priorities and deadlines
