📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operation of various SaaS delivery environments • Lead incident management and monitor production service delivery environments • Ensure services and applications operate optimally and SLAs are met • Develop and implement strategies for administering and maintaining Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations • Operate and maintain AWS environments following standard procedures • Identify and implement optimization opportunities • Solve complex problems affecting service delivery across the environment • Provide level 3 support for customer- and partner-initiated issues • Mentor junior engineers • Identify systems deficiencies and recommend innovative solutions • Document forecasts, plans, and resolutions • Drive innovation and implement new tools, technologies, policies, and procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational alignment and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent • At least 5+ years’ experience in relational databases, preferably using MS SQL • Experience with database design and optimization • At least 5+ years’ experience managing websites, preferably using IIS • Experience with web application development and deployment • At least 5+ years’ experience in basic scripting, such as PowerShell or Python • At least 1+ year’s experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins and Git • At least 1+ year’s experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong customer orientation • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, just-in-time environment • Experience with Accounting, ERP, or other business management software is a plus • Willingness to work on a weekend on-call rotation
