📋 Description

• Identify high-potential private-pay healthcare businesses and decision-makers using Apollo, LinkedIn and other research platforms • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists • Research, verify and enrich company and decision-maker information • Segment and prioritize prospects based on industry, size, opportunity and buying signals • Design and operate multichannel outbound campaigns using email, CRM automation, LinkedIn and other approved channels • Manage Instantly and/or Smartlead campaigns • Develop personalized first-touch messages and follow-up sequences • Monitor replies, identify interested prospects and qualify opportunities • Book qualified appointments • Test messaging, offers and targeting continuously • Maintain CRM contacts, opportunities, pipelines, stages, workflows, tags and segmentation logic in GoHighLevel • Configure forms and surveys, automate lead follow-up and build appointment reminders • Create database-reactivation campaigns and monitor missed opportunities • Maintain accurate pipeline data and develop revenue dashboards and reporting • Use AI to improve prospect research, account prioritization, lead scoring, personalization, campaign development, response classification, follow-up, sales intelligence, CRM workflows, reporting, SOP creation and campaign analysis • Help build, operate, measure and continuously improve an AI-assisted growth system to acquire clients • Help scale AMS Growth OS to 30 managed clients within six months • Work directly with the founder

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in several of the following areas: digital marketing, revenue operations, sales operations, B2B prospecting, lead generation, CRM administration, email outreach, marketing automation, appointment generation, pipeline management and AI-assisted workflows • Strong written communication • Analytical thinking • Ability to work independently • Experience with some combination of GoHighLevel, Apollo.io, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn, ChatGPT or comparable AI platforms, Twilio, Google Workspace, CRM automation/webhooks, and Zapier or Make is highly desirable • Comfortable developing prompts and repeatable AI workflows • Strong GoHighLevel experience is highly desirable
