📋 Description

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom fields and forms, dashboards, and environments • Write and tune SuiteQL queries for reporting and data analysis • Troubleshoot NetSuite user issues and collaborate with the NetSuite consultant on larger enhancements • Maintain sandbox and production hygiene • Contribute to segregation-of-duties reviews and user access reviews • Support Salesforce user management, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, flows, reports, dashboards, releases, sandbox refreshes, data quality, and sales operations requests • Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Celigo • Monitor, alert on, document, and remediate integration failures • Apply credential storage, least-privilege service accounts, token rotation, and logging security practices • Contribute to Claude integrations and agentic workflows • Identify opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive administration tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years administering NetSuite in a production environment, including SuiteQL, saved searches, workflows, and role/permission design • Working knowledge of Salesforce administration (Trailhead Admin-level or equivalent hands-on experience) • Demonstrated integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft, or workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Power Automate • Comfort reading and writing JavaScript, SuiteScript basics, and JSON • Strong ownership, documentation, and communication with non-technical stakeholders • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification preferred • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred • Experience with n8n preferred • Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, including Claude, OpenAI APIs, agentic workflows, or prompt engineering preferred • Experience in a multi-entity or multi-subsidiary environment preferred • Familiarity with SOX-adjacent controls, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 preferred • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada without company sponsorship, now or in the future • F-1 visa holders with OPT who will require H-1B status, TNs, and current H-1B visa holders will not be considered
