📋 Description

• Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems. • Perform maintenance and repairs. • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance. • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. • Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software. • Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions. • Visit customers and work at a variety of labs.

🎯 Requirements

• A post-secondary degree within the science field – e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or equivalent College degree with Work experience. • 4+ years of experience in laboratory environment working spectroscopy, GC, LC, and GCP. • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving is essential • Experience with the Agilent Instruments is preferred but not essential • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely • You enjoy travelling and visiting customers. • Travel expectation is 25%. • Successful candidate MUST live in the Calgary, Alberta area
