• Work directly with Semences PRIDE’s sales, marketing and agronomy teams to promote, appropriately position and support sales of Semences PRIDE products. • Provide agronomic support and training to customers and retail partners. • Optimize sales and profitability. • Develop and maintain relationships with producers and sales representatives. • Promote the brand and marketing programs within the dealer network. • Collaborate with industry influencers and media to keep them informed about Semences PRIDE’s key products, technologies and offerings. • Manage an extensive strip-trial program year-round. • Participate in planning trials, planting, harvesting, data collection and product observations.
• University degree in agriculture or agronomy. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agronomy, preferably in the seed industry. • Member of the Ordre des agronomes du Québec (OAQ). • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. • Ability to manage time and territory effectively. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Excellent leadership, team management and relationship-development skills. • High level of autonomy, initiative, confidence and results orientation. • Knowledge of the seed industry is an asset. • Excellent sales skills. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
