📋 Description

• Utilize extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform • Ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality • Own the overall outcome of projects • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements • Translate business requirements into technical specifications • Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops • Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles • Contribute to projects and programs addressing future concepts, products, and technologies • Serve as the single point of contact for sprint work for other BA/BPCs on the team • Help direct more junior team members • Assist with managing SDLC-related ceremonies

🎯 Requirements

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform • Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM • Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools • Certified System Administrator preferred • Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred • Strong presentation skills • Strong project and situational awareness • Strong communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong customer service skills • Self-starter • Able to travel of at least 25%
