📋 Description
• Lead and support client software implementations • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines • Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation • Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual • Manufacturing Industry experience preferred • Demonstrated accounting/financial skill • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred • Mid-west preferred • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
