📋 Description

• Guide customer stakeholders through the implementation process for BD Medication Management Solutions • Gather customer requirements, define best practices, make design decisions, and advise on policies and procedures • Perform required tasks in alignment with the toll gate implementation process to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction • Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional and interdisciplinary project teams • Lead customer site and workflow assessments • Facilitate project design and implementation phases • Provide team support and product, clinical, and technical information • Manage customer stakeholder teams, gain consensus, and deliver concise, consistent communication • Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings with BD and customer project managers and teams • Establish customer rapport conducive to long-term business relationships • Troubleshoot and consult on pharmacy and nursing best practices in Medication Management workflows • Help customers improve clinical practice and operations • Install, validate, and train end users on BD Medication Management Solutions software and hardware • Maintain documentation related to customer projects, expenses, compliance, and reports • Travel up to 80% across Canada and attend required US training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in Business, Science, Health Sciences or similar field • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a medical device or healthcare environment • Clinical and technical involvement with hands-on experience working with infusion pump technologies • Must hold a Registered Nurse designation • Fluency in English (read, speak, write) • Strong verbal and written communication, consultative and learning skills • Strong decision making, problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Detail oriented, able to multi-task and implement complex projects • Excellent organization and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to change • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and CRM (Salesforce preferred) • Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs as needed • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years • Must meet BD's auto safety standards • Must attend training on assigned BD instruments • Must be able to travel to the US for training within the first 6 months of employment and periodically thereafter • Fluency in French preferred (read, write, speak) • Knowledge of Dispensing, Infusion, Pharmacy Automation technologies and IV workflow solutions • Experience working with clients in hospital, retail and long-term care pharmacies • Demonstrated ability to effectively train users on product usage and best practices • Effective working knowledge of the Canadian Food and Drug Act and Regulations, GMP Regulations and Guidance, Medical Devices Regulations, NAPRA Standards and ISO13485:2016
