📋 Description

• Manage a requisition load independently, prioritizing roles and ensuring timely candidate movement • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing approaches • Work with Compensation or the HR Business Partner to establish equitable and fair compensation • Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews for internal and external candidates for full- and part-time positions • Generate candidate leads from passive candidate pools for current and future openings • Schedule interviews and collect or facilitate feedback from interviewers and candidates • Provide hiring managers with updates on candidate pipelines, search progress, and challenges • Advise hiring managers on hiring decisions and escalate complex or sensitive situations • Partner with external recruiting vendors as needed • Coordinate pre-employment activities with TA or HR Coordinators and other stakeholders to support onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of four (4) years full-cycle recruiting experience • Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes independently • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume environment • Strong understanding of the business they recruit for • Proven success in a fast-paced environment; able to manage 20+ requisitions • Demonstrated skills for sourcing candidates in multiple geographic regions • Strong ability to identify issues and determine when escalation is needed • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to influence hiring managers, establish credibility with technical expertise and guidance, and provide constructive feedback • Experience using Workday Recruiting preferred • Experience using Gem AI for sourcing and candidate management preferred • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry preferred
