📋 Description

• Lead Enterprise Platforms for Intelligent Government Services • Shape the future of digital government by driving enterprise platform strategy, innovation, and service excellence • Provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight for enterprise platform capabilities across Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow ecosystems • Ensure alignment with business priorities, enterprise architecture, and modern digital service standards • Work closely with ministry partners, architects, vendors, and cross-government stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable platform solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University graduation in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field • 4 years of experience in MS Dynamics and/or ServiceNow and the practical use and implementation of the technologies or use of similar technologies • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management/leadership position leading high performing technical teams with critical 24x7 operation support • ITIL Foundation certification (asset) • Experience managing operational and project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and vendor financial oversight (asset) • Advanced experience leading large and complex initiatives involving multiple Ministry, Sector, and Enterprise stakeholders with competing priorities (asset)
