📋 Description

• Lead the finance workstream, acting as the primary point of contact for client finance stakeholders; • Build trusted relationships through clear communication, executive presence, and proactive issue management; • Facilitate workshops, process design sessions, and end-user training; • Mentor junior team members and support the application of implementation best practices. • Configure and validate D365 F&O finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Inventory & Manufacturing Costing); • Design solutions aligned with manufacturing finance processes (standard costing, variance analysis, catch weight); • Translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with technical teams on gap solutions; • Document processes, fit/gap analysis, and configuration decisions; • Support testing activities (system, integration, UAT) and coordinate issue resolution; • Guide clients on data migration activities and support readiness for deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on D365 F&O experience, including 3+ full-cycle implementations; • Strong expertise across core finance modules and manufacturing costing processes; • Proven experience delivering finance implementations in the manufacturing sector; • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence client decisions; • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders; • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment; • Willingness to travel within North America (30–50%), with occasional international travel as required. • Extra edge • CPA designation or Controller-level industry experience; • Experience with Catch Weight processing in D365 F&O; • Experience with financial reporting tools (Management Reporter, SK Global, Power BI); • Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies (Sure Step, Activate, Agile).
