📋 Description

• Manage repairable physical damage claims from assignment through resolution • Complete timely customer contact and clearly explain the claim and repair process • Review coverage, loss details, damages, estimates, and supporting documentation • Make appropriate liability and coverage decisions within role authority • Coordinate with appraisers, repair facilities, rental providers, insureds, and third parties • Monitor repairs, supplements, rental needs, payments, and outstanding activities • Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation, including clear file notes and next steps • Identify potential fraud/SIU indicators, coverage concerns, or other red flags and escalate appropriately • Recognize potentially Total Loss or Complex Claims and transfer/escalate them to the appropriate specialized team • Maintain ownership of assigned physical damage claims and proactively follow up to avoid unnecessary delays • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective claim resolution • Follow established claims handling guidelines, authority levels, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of customer service experience • Previous auto adjuster experience preferred • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy • Claims Processing • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
