📋 Description

• Provide technical support to B2B clients and internal B2C brands • Resolve platform issues, manage tickets and escalations, and meet SLAs • Communicate incident updates and resolutions • Troubleshoot accounts, payments, bonuses, wallets, game launches, and settlements • Support third-party integrations and BackOffice configurations • Analyze APIs, callbacks, logs, and errors to identify root causes • Coordinate incident resolution with internal teams and external providers • Escalate critical issues promptly and recommend permanent fixes • Maintain technical guides and document incidents, root causes, and resolutions • Improve support processes and reduce recurring issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, L2 Technical Support, or a similar technical role in iGaming • Strong understanding of casino platforms, BackOffice systems, and casino operations • Experience with casino game providers, aggregators, and third-party integrations • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, webhooks, and callbacks • Experience investigating technical issues using logs and tools such as Postman • Understanding of player wallets, gaming transactions, bonuses, and payment flows • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems • Good command of English • Experience with B2B casino platforms or white-label solutions • Basic SQL knowledge • Experience supporting multiple casino brands or operators
