📋 Description

• Daily surveillance of all customer activity • Perform daily operational tasks including trading and cash management functions • Monitor cryptocurrency trade execution and manage exceptions • Manage cryptocurrency inventory accounts • Conduct data analysis • Review general ledger accounts and identify and reconcile account discrepancies • Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations resulting from suspected suspicious activity • Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies, and tools • Engage with multiple teams to create a better product and improved user environment • Communicate clearly with internal and external partners in an effective, tactical, and insightful manner • Communicate complex topics into easily understood and meaningful content • Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned • Report directly to Cody Campo, Director of Crypto Operations

🎯 Requirements

• + 3 years of relevant experience in a broker dealer, financial services, or crypto currency operations role; back office experience is a plus • Strong desire to learn both professional and technical skills • Work effectively and supportively within a team environment • The ability to work independently as needed • Strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Must possess the ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment • Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of new responsibilities • Proficient with Google office products and Microsoft Excel • Willing to work weekends
