📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and FMCSA standards • Conduct background checks to verify carrier legitimacy • Validate carrier certifications, licenses, and insurance for industry compliance • Monitor and enforce safety requirements, review safety records, and ensure regulatory adherence • Perform credit checks to assess carrier financial stability and document creditworthiness • Manage the carrier setup and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation • Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations, and ensure compliance alignment • Maintain detailed records of compliance checks, safety evaluations, credit assessments, and onboarding • Prepare and present compliance and onboarding reports to management • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to compliance and onboarding procedures • Collaborate with departments to integrate compliance practices efficiently • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety programs and compliance efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work US working hours • Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety compliance in the logistics industry • Strong knowledge of federal and state safety regulations related to transportation and logistics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software
