📋 Description

• Build relationships and initiate new sales in assigned territories • Sell estate, business, charitable, and life insurance concepts and ideas with Advisors • Assist Advisors in selling insurance concepts and products to their clients • Assist Advisors through the life insurance underwriting process after a sale • Design cases and apply advanced life insurance concepts • Provide product recommendations and utilize advanced marketing tools • Present life insurance concepts at various locations within the assigned territory • Meet with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients of assigned advisors as part of the Integrated Relationship Management Team • Provide expertise in insurance planning and risk management • Assist planners with financial plans involving wealth transfer, business planning, and intergenerational transfers • Generate life insurance revenue in assigned channels and region • Support IRM partners in delivering marketing programs tailored to client needs • Interface with support staff to complete and place life insurance with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers • Effective time management and prioritization skills • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions • Ability to communicate with individuals at all organizational levels • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience • Must possess and maintain appropriate FINRA registrations, such as Series 6 and 63 • Five years of proven sales experience in retail life insurance sales or an institutional point-of-sales role • Ability to articulate and apply advanced wealth-transfer and business-planning concepts, including related tax and financial implications • Proficient in consultative sales • Excellent presentation skills • Life insurance licensed • Advanced designations such as JD, CFP, and CLU are preferred • Employment offer contingent upon successful background screening
