📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use the Sabre Global Distribution System • Ensure compliance with customers’ agreed travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs • Native GDS expertise, specifically Sabre • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Integrity and ability to protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry through business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Flexibility to work a shift anytime between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
