📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels, building creative outreach. • Review inbound resumes and screen candidates. • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview loops. • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously. • Provide weekly pipeline updates and keep the ATS accurate and current. • Build strong candidate relationships and represent the Placer brand. • Partner consultatively with hiring managers and HR business partners to refine requirements, calibrate candidates, and ensure recruiting processes follow SOPs and SLAs. • Become a subject-matter expert in Placer's product, industry, and market. • Support the People team with recruiting-adjacent projects and administrative work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition. • Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with shifting priorities and multiple parallel roles. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Collaborative, team-based mindset and ability to work cross-functionally. • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in pipeline, role, offer paperwork, and ATS management. • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse and Lever. • Nice to have: demonstrated use of AI tools and comfort integrating generative AI into workflows.
