📋 Description

• Own recruitment strategy for assigned field marketing programs and determine the optimal mix of marketing channels, sales engagement, and outreach tactics to achieve attendance and pipeline goals • Build a formalized follow-up strategy aligned with the recruitment plan as a cohesive campaign • Evaluate event performance and recommend optimization of recruitment investment, audience composition, and event mix • Determine target account prioritization and attendee recruitment plans in partnership with Sales leadership • Analyze historical event performance, metrics, and market trends to influence future event recruitment strategies • Recommend changes to event investments, promotional tactics, and campaign execution based on business performance • Serve as the marketing lead for attendee recruitment and follow-up decisions across assigned events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience • 2–4 years of relevant experience • Ability to work independently on projects and processes • Broad theoretical knowledge of the applicable work area • Ability to adapt situationally and understand new technologies and processes according to business requirements • Experience with marketing automation and outreach tools • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects or events simultaneously • Clear, effective communication and cross-functional collaboration • Data-driven approach to tracking performance and identifying risks early • Occasional travel required to support field events
