📋 Description

• Help manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project expectations and terms • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes by partnering with internal teams • Maintain accurate billing documentation for invoicing and audit purposes • Manage data scripts to enter contractor and subcontractor hours and support hour migration between systems • Manage the accounts payable process with key subcontractors • Assist in developing and implementing automation tools for reporting, billing, and workflow process improvement • Generate financial reports and analysis to support projects • Assist with reconciling project costs, revenue, labor charges, and vendor invoices • Track accounts receivable, monitor outstanding payments, and reconcile accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of experience in financial project controls, project accounting, or related roles • Strong Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and complex spreadsheet creation • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including variance analysis and trend identification • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deadlines • Customer service mindset with a positive, resourceful, and growth-oriented attitude • Familiarity with project management principles and billing methodologies preferred • Understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles preferred • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs • Ability to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance • Ability to push/pull with 30 lbs of force
