📋 Description
• Handle all claim corrections in the system, including Voids, History Corrections, Stop Payments and Refunds. • Coordinate refund requests with the Trustmark legal department. • Work with Fund Accounting on issues with electronic checks. • Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Previous experience in the Luminare Health claims processing system. • Minimum 3–5 years claims processing experience. • Ability to produce accurate and detailed results. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent mathematical and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service driven industry.
