📋 Description

‱ Own a portfolio of brand clients as their dedicated point of contact ‱ Maintain bi-weekly (minimum) recurring meetings with every client ‱ Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become problems ‱ Convert Ignite pilot clients into Platinum or VIP always-on partnerships ‱ Present campaign results and ROI reports during review calls

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years of account management, client success, or relationship-driven sales experience ‱ Comfortable with technology including HubSpot, Asana, AI tools (Claude), SendBlue, and Google Workspace ‱ Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or adjacent digital marketing fields (nice to have) ‱ Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (nice to have) ‱ Background as an executive assistant, agency account lead, or client-facing consultant (nice to have)
