📋 Description

• Assist prospective insurance clients provided by APOLLO • Assess potential clients’ needs and advise on coverage requirements • Engage with prospective clients to convert insurance requests into customers • Support clients from information gathering through quoting and binding • Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience • Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings • Service APOLLO’s book of business through live chat, email, and phone • Ensure clients understand policy coverage and exclusions • Maintain the current customer base through exceptional service • Report new claims and guide clients through the claims process empathetically • Explain APOLLO products and assist with questions, policy changes, and inquiries • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role • RIBO License required • Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process • Passion for Sales & Customer Service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time • Independent, self-motivated, ambitious and competitive • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Required to work shifts between 9am–7pm EST, Monday–Friday • Successful candidates must complete background checks, including references, employment verification, and a criminal record check
