📋 Description

• Design stylescapes, moodboards, and visual explorations for client engagements • Build and contribute to brand books and visual identity systems • Plan and participate in client brand workshops, translating discussion into visual concepts • Use generative image and video tools to explore and produce concept visuals, campaign assets, and creative options • Perform UI and product design work using Figma and agentic tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, and Figma Make • Apply structured agentic workflows such as BMAD from concept to production-ready design • Partner with product designers and developers to maintain consistent visual and brand craft across UI deliverables • Evaluate emerging AI design tools and maintain current tool fluency • Apply graphic design fundamentals including typography, color, layout, and composition • Present concepts and creative rationale to client stakeholders • Work across multiple concurrent agency/consulting engagements • Contribute to a design culture treating AI tools as creative collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience, with significant time in an agency or consulting environment • Strong graphic design foundation in typography, layout, brand systems, and visual composition • Portfolio-demonstrated experience with generative image and video tools, including Midjourney, Figma Make, Figma Weave, Veo 3, or comparable tools • Experience creating stylescapes and brand books, and leading or participating in brand workshops • Working proficiency in Figma and ability to flex into UI/product design tasks • Exposure to or hands-on experience with agentic AI design workflows, such as Claude Code and Claude Design • Excellent presentation and communication skills for client-facing work • Legally eligible to work in Canada • Nice to have: BMAD or similar agentic delivery frameworks • Nice to have: portfolio spanning brand/graphic design and UI/product design • Nice to have: familiarity with Runway, Sora, Adobe Firefly, or similar generative tools • Nice to have: front-end or prototyping familiarity
