📋 Description

• Lead complex digital projects and programs from initiation to completion, managing scope, roadmaps, timelines, resourcing, and budgets • Translate client business outcomes into actionable project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies • Own delivery artifacts including SOWs, plans, resource trackers, status reports, risk/issue logs, and closure decks • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions • Adapt Agile, hybrid-Agile, or waterfall methodologies to project needs • Streamline delivery workflows and status reporting using AI tools and smart automation • Build reusable prompts, templates, and best practices for the Project Management discipline • Own delivery accountability and guardrails on agentic engagements, ensuring human review and approval of AI-assisted outputs • Structure work between AI agents and team members, maintaining review gates and risk logs • Manage agentic failure modes and agent access/permission boundaries • Align client expectations to an agentic operating model and report outcome-based metrics • Serve as the primary client contact and provide proactive updates on progress, milestones, and scope changes • Facilitate strategy sessions, UX reviews, demos, workshops, and client meetings • Manage complex stakeholder discussions and expectations • Partner with Client Services and account leadership on growth opportunities and business value alignment • Lead cross-functional Strategy, Design, Engineering, QA, and Data teams • Guide, mentor, and coach Project Managers and Coordinators • Resolve team friction and focus teams on solution-oriented outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients • Proven ability to partner with senior client leadership (Director, VP, C-suite) • Expertise in Agile and waterfall delivery frameworks • Experience with modern digital ecosystems, including Composable/Headless CMS, E-commerce, Loyalty, Personalization, and Analytics • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, and Google Suite • Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and delivery workflows across product, design, development, and QA • Experience leading headless implementations across e-commerce, CMS, Loyalty, Identity, and Personalization platforms • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, and platform integrations • Hands-on experience using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini and AI workflows • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and strategic alignment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence and conflict-navigation ability • Customer-centric leadership, coaching mindset, resilience, and adaptability • Direct agentic delivery experience, BMAD methodology, Markdown, CLI-based AI tools, MCP connectors, reusable AI skills/agents/automations, and relevant AI certifications are strong bonuses • Experience in Commerce and/or Loyalty, Computer Science background, PMP/Agile/Scrum Master certification, and AI or agentic product delivery experience are nice to have • Preferred candidate should be based in Canada and work hours aligned to ET
