• Responsible for developing, launching, and scaling AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division • Combines business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and financial accountability • Serves as the face of AIS's electrical division and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, workforce expansion, and customer success • Focused on workforce solutions, labor deployment, recruiting strategy, and client support—not electrical contracting operations
• 7–10+ years of electrical construction, workforce solutions, staffing, or project leadership experience • Existing relationships with electrical contractors, project executives, superintendents, foremen, and electricians • Deep understanding of mission-critical and data center construction environments • Proven success generating revenue and growing customer accounts • Experience building teams, processes, and scalable operational systems • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with executive leadership.
