📋 Description

• Provide remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules within assigned areas • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets with timely and accurate issue resolution • Troubleshoot application issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems to Senior Consultants • Answer business-user questions, provide guidance, and deliver basic end-user training • Perform routine configuration updates under established guidelines • Assist with testing patches, quarterly updates, and new functionality • Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures • Monitor assigned applications, analyze recurring issues, and document trends • Improve application monitoring, automation, and internal support processes • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and small-scale new-functionality requests • Assist with data validation, reporting updates, and interface troubleshooting • Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to resolve issues • Maintain customer-interaction and ticket-progress records • Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders • Work effectively in a remote environment with clients and peers • Travel periodically to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting, HRIS, or application support role • Foundational experience in at least one major workstream: Workforce Management (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence) or Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, Incentive Compensation) • Understanding of HR processes and HR systems • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Ability to manage workload and priorities independently • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for business purposes • Company does not provide sponsorship for employment authorization or U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, where required • Ability to travel up to 5% as needed
