📋 Description

• Provide best-practice guidance as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert for Oracle Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business processes • Perform hands-on functional configuration across Oracle Talent Acquisition and Talent Management • Research, design, test, and implement Oracle applications • Communicate with clients, articulate business strategy, facilitate difficult conversations, and explain complex requirements in layman’s terms • Work autonomously and collaborate with project teams • Develop and deliver work plans aligned with the Oracle Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Implementation Roadmap and Methodology • Lead groups in business process reengineering and ArcLight best practices • Provide input to the Project Manager for comprehensive project planning and stakeholder buy-in • Lead business process prototype workshops and requirements-gathering sessions • Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions • Support technical and functional workstreams • Lead successful solution testing, including User Acceptance Testing, and work with users to validate solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Talent Acquisition & Talent Management • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys/Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, and Succession Planning • Experience with Oracle Core HR is a plus • Experience and knowledge of HR, recruiting, and talent management processes • Experience with security, approval workflows, and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related field • Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions • Ability to work with functional and technical team members to document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates • Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire • Must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for required business purposes • No company sponsorship for employment authorization or U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, where sponsorship is required
