📋 Description

• Lead delivery of an integrated and personalized patient experience across diagnosis, treatment initiation, treatment fulfillment, adherence, and disease management • Lead day-to-day management of the MyPATH Patient Support Program • Ensure operational excellence, program sustainability, and continuous improvement • Contribute to patient program strategy supporting access to Vyvgart in Neurology • Lead execution of strategic imperatives, annual operating plans, and tactical initiatives aligned with the patient journey • Provide daily program oversight and serve as key contact for PSP providers and program vendor management staff • Plan and execute vendor-led projects and strategic initiatives • Identify and propose innovative and digital initiatives to improve program efficiency and patient experience • Attend industry forums and share insights on patient support, reimbursement, and market access trends • Partner with Marketing to develop program tools and initiatives for patients and healthcare professionals • Develop and maintain partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, PSP Operations, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and Compliance • Build relationships with advertising agencies, PSP vendors, and EMR support partners • Support PSP education and guide internal stakeholders on patient services strategy and operations • Support planning and execution of PSP Vendor Collaboration Meetings • Leverage patient support program data for strategic decision-making, operational optimization, insights, and patient outcomes • Enhance vendor data reporting through dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting • Lead and manage PSP contracts, including MSAs and SOWs, through purchase order issuance and execution • Partner with Finance to manage budgets, invoicing, financial reporting, variances, and risks • Create and manage purchase orders and improve operational efficiency through process and digital innovation • Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness • Develop and maintain PSP governance and operating guidance documents • Drive process, SOP, and vendor management improvements for operational efficiency and cost optimization • Ensure compliance with argenx policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements • Deliver tactical plans on time and within budget • Execute digital strategy initiatives and business transformation programs • Manage agency partners and vendors with accountability and performance focus • Partner with the Director of Patient Services to achieve departmental and organizational objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; MBiotech, MBDC, or other related programs • Preferred 7–10 years of relevant biopharmaceutical, specialty pharmaceutical, healthcare, patient services, market access, reimbursement, or related industry experience • Preferred 5+ years of Patient Support Program (PSP), patient services, marketing, market access, reimbursement, or patient access experience, including program operations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated experience leading complex patient support initiatives and driving operational excellence across the patient journey • Understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment, customers, and internal operations • Experience managing patient-related projects and programs and/or related experience • Bilingual French/English is an asset • Approachable, team-player, minimum supervision required, proactive • Ability to travel 20%
