📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites • Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations • Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution • Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability and customer happiness • Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to all regulatory and operational requirements • Document processes and compose detailed reports to support continuous improvement • Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years of relevant technical experience • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts • Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies • Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (e.g., Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) • Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus • Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs during hardware installation • Must be able to travel and work in varying environments, including customer sites with noise or smoke exposure.
