📋 Description

• Build relationships with customers, agents and other team members • Research load information • Report client requests • Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are met • Negotiate price and cost of carrier services • Update service-level reports and provide analysis on results • Escalate ongoing performance issues to Carrier Relations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to build strong inter-professional relationships • Experience working with carriers and operational knowledge in telecommunications • Experience in analyzing data and communicating information to the appropriate party • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and issues at the same time in a fast-paced changing environment • Minimum of 3 years of previous professional work experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
