• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5–10 years of progressive sales experience in professional services or consulting, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales teams in a B2B environment. • Deep understanding of consulting service offerings, including strategic advisory, operational consulting, and technology implementation. • Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders. • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative sales approach. • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. • Experience in quota attainment and sales forecasting with a data-driven mindset.
