📋 Description

• Manage the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of translation projects with internal translation requesters and external translation vendors • Apply project management techniques to ensure on-time, in-budget, high-quality deliverables • Perform quality checks upon receipt of translations • Use translation management and marketing asset platforms and technology • Troubleshoot operational challenges across business areas • Document translation processes • Prepare project reports as needed • Participate in global language initiatives and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement • Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the language industry and project management • Experience with computer-assisted translation and terminology tools required • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to successfully manage a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously • Excellent knowledge of English required • Knowledge of additional language(s) required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Team player and willingness to collaborate • Language industry experience required • Detail oriented, process focused, skilled in participating in process improvement initiatives • BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Translation, or Languages required • 3 years of experience in the field of translation project management required • Medical Device industry experience preferred • Occasional travel may be required
