• Lead national acute care pharmacy operations • Provide operational leadership across 90 acute care hospitals • Establish and implement pharmacy operational standards and initiatives across markets • Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy operations, processes, technology, safety, and outcomes • Take national initiatives from concept through implementation • Partner with market pharmacy leaders, hospital presidents, CEOs, and other senior executives • Build trust and alignment across a complex, decentralized organization • Support leadership development, professional development, and succession planning • Build relationships with pharmacy leaders and promote a strong national pharmacy community • Provide executive-level oversight related to pharmacy policy, regulatory compliance, controlled substances, technology, medication safety, and operational standards
• Pharmacist credential obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required • 7 years of experience required • 5 years of cumulative leadership or management experience required • 7–10+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience • Minimum 5–7 years of hospital/acute care pharmacy experience • Current or most recent role must be in a hospital/health-system environment • Leadership experience at the Manager, Director, Assistant Director, VP, or similar level • Pharmacy residency preferred • Hospital pharmacy leadership experience strongly preferred • Pharmacy residency, particularly hospital pharmacy residency, preferred
