📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies • Establish project governance and reporting frameworks • Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders • Build relationships with customers, executives, and internal teams • Facilitate kickoffs, stakeholder updates, steering committees, and status reviews • Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment on goals and deliverables • Coordinate resources across multiple teams • Monitor budgets, forecast resource requirements, and track financial performance • Ensure effective utilization of internal resources and external vendors • Improve project management methodologies, templates, best practices, and delivery standards • Drive operational efficiencies and improve project outcomes • Partner with Product, Development, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams • Facilitate issue resolution and cross-functional decision-making • Support strategic initiatives and organizational change management • Prepare executive-level project status reports and dashboards • Communicate project performance, risks, resource constraints, and recommendations to leadership • Escalate critical issues and drive resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS, software, technology, consulting, or professional services environments • Demonstrated success leading large-scale or complex customer-facing projects • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment • Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States • Valid passport • Criminal background check may be required • Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification • Preferred: Experience leading SaaS software implementations • Preferred: Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies • Preferred: Experience with change management initiatives • Preferred: Experience working in high-growth technology organizations • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or related field
