📋 Description
• Manage small projects involving fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services • Manage medium-sized projects involving 5–15 countries and/or full service • Serve as project co-manager on complex international projects/programs • Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards, timelines, and budgets • Promote PSI delivery and service principles when dealing with customers • Lead project teams • Train, mentor, and coach study team members • Participate in feasibility research • Assist with business development, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research • At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience • Experience managing all project phases from startup to closure • Experience in Oncology preferred • Experience in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
