📋 Description

• Manage medium-sized projects/programs involving 5–15 countries and/or full service • Manage large projects/programs involving more than 15 countries and full service • Ensure project deliverables meet predefined quality standards, timelines, and budgets • Lead project teams • Supervise small projects/programs involving fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services • Act as primary escalation contact for customers, vendors, project teams, and other functional areas • Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers • Participate in feasibility research • Support business development, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures • Promote delivery and service principles when dealing with PSI customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of industry experience in clinical research • At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience • Experience managing all project phases from startup to closure • Experience managing all functional services • Vendor management experience • Experience managing global projects • Gastroenterology experience preferred • Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus
