📋 Description

• Process commissions for SACM and POS agencies • Prepare POS detail by vendor and agency • Produce display ROI reports • Prepare sales segment reports for monthly sales reviews • Support maintenance and management of customer and team databases • Participate in display project reviews and support project progression • Monitor automated price-scraping reports and MAP inquiries • Identify and contact pricing violators • Support violation communications, violation letters, and do-not-sell notices • Work with the sales team to identify issues and bridge communication gaps with eCommerce customers • Liaise with a third-party eCommerce firm on marketplace disruption and communications • Support PPP contracts, Forte programming, and co-op reimbursement • Assist with annual agency contract updates and communications • Maintain Baldwin accounts and perform required updates in SFDC • Work with SFDC program and IT teams on updates and fixes • Coordinate FG and employee purchase orders with Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary education in Business or related field preferred • Education and/or professional experience with Power BI and similar analytical tools • 1–2 years direct experience in sales or marketing • Background including data mining and/or data management • Business acumen and basic finance skills • Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and professional maturity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
