📋 Description

• Develop and implement your territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets. • Promote our range of primary care products and educate our valued customers to deliver positive patient outcomes. • Communicate product information effectively to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital-based influencers. • Identify unmet needs and work with the team to develop solutions to address them. • Collaborate with the sales team, colleagues at headquarters, and key influencers within the district business unit and your region. • Share field activity insights with your team and headquarters partners to improve working methods and strengthen our market position. • Use your prior experience to analyze, plan, and execute activities that drive commercial success across your territory, including commercial events, expense management, and investment in continuing education initiatives. • Collect and report adverse events in accordance with AstraZeneca policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product sales required; preferably within the pharmaceutical sector; CFPC certification preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university. • Proven and consistent track record of sales performance. • Demonstrated business acumen and analytical expertise. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience launching new products. • Solid technical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and digital meeting platforms, including Veeva Engage, Teams, Zoom, etc. • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Travel to national, regional, and corporate offices may be required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
