📋 Description

• Own hands-on ad monetization across all DECA games • Review waterfall and bidder configurations and maintain mediation platforms • Manage ad network onboarding/offboarding and coordinate SDK maintenance • Own monetization reporting and reconciliation and support programmatic bidding • Own store presence and product marketing for assigned back-catalogue titles across both studios • Plan and ship Custom Store Listings and Custom Product Pages for seasonal moments, in-game events, and live-ops beats • Optimize metadata and store hygiene on the App Store and Google Play • Partner with product teams to align store messaging with live roadmaps • Maintain existing paid campaigns across SDK networks, social, and search • Run occasional small-scale creative and Apple Search Ads tests focused on efficiency • Build and maintain automations for reporting, MMP data, creative briefs, and store listing management • Consolidate automation into shared productized workflows and reduce manual work • Serve as an internal reference point for applying AI across the growth function • Maintain cross-studio reporting cadences and standardize data and narratives for leadership • Unblock routine requests and proactively inform stakeholders • Establish AdMon ownership, product marketing ownership, cross-studio reporting, and an AI-powered automation within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile gaming, with experience inside a mobile game studio (mandatory) • At least 2 years in a mobile marketing function: ad monetization, product marketing, ASO, or UA • Personally built AI systems or tools and used them in a real workflow • Exceptional cross-team communication, curiosity, and proactive information sharing • Direct ad monetization stack experience with AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, or Google AdMob is preferred • Experience optimizing the App Store and Google Play, including Custom Store Listings and Custom Product Pages, is preferred • Working knowledge of AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular • Structured data handling and advanced Excel • Scripting, API integration, or low-code experience is a significant plus • Strong project management instincts and ability to organize many moving parts • Working-level understanding of AI development and ability to translate it into operational systems
